Office Hours and Response Time

Our team operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Arizona time. Messages sent outside of these hours will be addressed promptly during the next business day.

In case of emergencies, please tag “@channel” in Slack, and the next available team member will assist you.

Please note that we observe all US Federal holidays and maintain

a reduced staff during the weeks leading up to major holidays such as Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

Project Requests and Turnaround Times

To optimize our workflow and provide you with the best service, project requests received after 1 pm AZ time will be processed on the following business day.

If adjustments to the turnaround time are necessary, we will communicate this with you promptly.

Projects due on Saturday or Sunday will automatically be rescheduled for the next business day, unless you opt for our rush service starting at $75. Kindly inform our team if you require expedited processing.

All project requests must include sufficient information for us to start work. Missing details such as direction, exact copy, dates, times, or essential files may delay the project timeline. We’ll notify you if additional information is required or if the due date needs to be adjusted.

Revisions and Downloading Your Projects

We aim to provide timely revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Graphics revisions will typically be returned to you by the end of the following business day, while video revisions will be completed within 1-2 business days, depending on the complexity.

For video projects exceeding 20GB in size, please allow an additional 24 hours for turnaround to facilitate file transfers. You can conveniently submit large files via public Google Drive Links, Dropbox Links, or WeTransfer.

Once your video project is completed, you can download it directly from Frame.io for your convenience.

Planning Ahead and Collaboration

To streamline the process and minimize revisions, we encourage you to submit your requests early and provide detailed instructions. If you’re open to creative interpretations or unsure about the direction, feel free to grant us creative freedom in the request form.

If you have urgent requirements or need a quicker turnaround, please reach out to us via Slack. While we cannot guarantee immediate fulfillment, we offer rush services starting at $75 for a 24-hour turnaround. Provide us with all the necessary project details for a customized quote.
